The love continues to spread...

Even after the campaign, we, the Truly Loving Campaigners felt it was a good idea to join TLC in NASAM's fun in the park, a fundraiser held at Taman Jaya on the 24th of August.

Around half of the Truly Loving Campaigners joined in the fun. Some of us were running around as Hygiene Inspectors(in other words, we were picking up garbage), some were on balloon duty,helping put up balloons on each booth while others helping out in booth which offered games and food!

Nearing the end of the funfair...it started raining! But the fun didn't end there! We gathered at a small gazebo and suprised one of our Truly Loving Campaigners, by the name of Cherry with a birthday cake. We sang "Happy Birthday" and took group pictures while completely soaked all the way to our toes(our soggy shoes actually produces weird sounds when we walked! Yuck!)

The FIRST DAY (11th August 2008)

We were all really nervous about the launching ceremony, none of us had enough sleep and that we all forgot about breakfast. Naturally, muscles were tensed! rather tangled...

Following up with that, the opening performance was presented by one of our Talentime Nite Finalists, as they named themselves "Everlasting", playing instrumental music that soothed the atmosphere in the hall.

Second Day (12th August)

We had a crazy good time when we found that we have hit our initial target of sales transaction, the crowd that came for the exhibition was increasing by the hour.

The 3rd day (13th August 2008)

After 2 months of hard work, putting in blood, sweat and what not...It was finally time for the campaign to end, but it ended in victory therefore it was worth it

We hit a sales transaction of RM 22,018.00, exceeding our initial target of RM 15k...obviously the love has been spread.

It's time to get serious, all Truly Loving Campaigners are busy working hard. For the past 5 days, from the 3rd to the 8th of August 2008, the Publicity and Promotions teams of the Truly Loving Committee has had a promotional booth in the canteen foyer of our college, to publicise the event within campus.

Combo Sets Packing Day

On the 31st July, 2008 which was a Thursday, the Programming Exhibition department went to Truly Loving Company to do their wrapping up for their product selling. The day started and it turns out, one of our team members was not aware of the TLC trip and it was a rude awakening for him as we called him early in the morning (8.30am). Everyone was panicking when the van arrived. Fortunately, he made it in time. After the commotion, we happily set off to TLC. We arrived at the TLC office at 10am sharp.

It was an awesome experience for our particular team as it was our first time there. We were filled with excitement and we went straight down to business, the reason we were there that day was for wrapping up the TLC products into combo sets for the coming campaign (on the 11th, 12th and 13th August). There were three types of special combo sets that will be up for purchase to be wrapped. Also, we had to decorate the three hampers which will be up for the lucky draw that will happen in our event.

To be efficient, the team was broken down into three subgroups. Each team was in charge of wrapping each set. There were 150 sets to be wrapped. But of course, while we were serious in work, we had our moments of silliness too, as we made jokes and sang silly songs to keep each other entertained. And we ended up breaking a water glass (oh no!!!) But Ms Julia Chong and the other members were very nice about it. :P

After much hard work, it was soon lunchtime. Thanks to TLC, we had a wholesome Malaysian meal…Nasi Lemak! We ended up reaching our target of 150 combo wrap ups earlier than expected and managed to get 70 more combo sets done. Which is to say, we have 220 combos up for all of you to purchase!

Overall, the visit was wonderful, Ms Julia Chong and the other TLC members were generous and very down to earth, we felt so comfortable and awed in their presence, we would like to take the opportunity here to say thank you for all the inspiration and the LUCNH! :D

Eng Kah Enterprise FAM Trip!

On the 17th July 2008, at 10.50am, 13 members of the Truly Loving Campaign arrived at Eng Kah Enterprise. Accompanied by 2 members of the Truly Loving Company, Ms. Mabel Ooi and Ms. Stephanie Yeo, we were warmly greeted by Ms. Yeoh Gim Hong, and she introduced us to the factory through a 5 minute presentation of slideshow.

Briefly, what we learned was, Eng Kah Enterprise has become one of the most preferred companies and their top 10 customers have been with them for more than 9 Years. Equipped with the latest machineries and employing advanced technology in producing toiletries like tooth paste and hairspray, household floor cleaner and dishwashers, perfumes, cosmetics and other skincare products.

Eng Kah accredited by MS ISO 9002 for the manufacturing of products- toiletries, skin care, cosmetics and Perfume including as Halal products. They are also certified with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). On 2002, they were listed on the Second Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, then 3 years later, they were listed on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

On an interesting note, the name ENGKAH is not just their name but also their motivation, because ENGKAH also stands for Excellent customer service, No compromise on quality, Globalisation, Keep advancing in Research & Development, Advancement in Technology, Human Resource Development. Now how cool is that..

We had a tour around the factory, watching some of the process of toiletries manufacturing and packing. We were quite impressed with the massive mechanics involved. We were even more impressed by the fact that 4000 packs of big bottled products and 3500 small bottled products are packed per day. This process includes filling, labeling and packing. Ms Gim Hong said that different bottle has different quantity.

After the tour, we were invited to a mouth watering lunch *slurp*, it was a treat by the very nice people of Eng Kah! However, on the way to the restaurant, something unexpected happened! The van we were using got stuck in soft soil! We were rather panicked yet amused and 12 of us tried to push the van out of being stuck, however, to no avail, the van was still stuck! Thanks to the workers from a factory nearby, we managed to finally get the car out and be on our merry way!

And of course, the lunch treat by Eng Kah was fantastic! We enjoyed it so much! As a matter of fact, I feel a little hungry now thinking about it now! We would like to thank Eng kah for their kind generosity. The trip was tremendously enjoyable!

NASAM

It was a rainy morning, a morning too comfortable to be laid under the blanket in bed, but we have more important and meaningful things ahead!– visiting NASAM. 5 of us gathered at Wangsa Maju LRT Station at 11-ish am, got down at the wrong house from Taman Jaya LRT station at 12.15pm but managed to find NASAM eventually but been told that Miss Shen, the PR representative of NASAM will only be free after 2pm. Therefore, we went to search for food!

NASAM (National Stroke Association of Malaysia) is a nonprofit and non government organisation founded by Miss Janet Yeo 13 years ago, who is also a stroke survivor but had fully recovered and currently leading a normal life. There are total of 7 NASAM centres throughout Malaysia. The main objective of NASAM is to help stroke patients to recover and regain confidence and at the mean time, to create awareness about this disease.

The programs which are available in the centre are physiotherapy which the volunteers will help the strokes to regain physical ability through exercising; occupational therapy which trains them to cope with their daily activities like dressing and eating; counseling session which helps them to regain their self confidence and language therapy, to help them in understanding and the ability to use words.

We are here!... Finally at NASAM

We were attended by the manager of NASAM, Miss Margaret and the PR of NASAM, Miss Shen during our briefing session. According to Miss Margaret, the youngest stroke victim is a 3 year old child who is currently attending the NASAM of JB branch. It is known as ‘juvenile stroke’ which is a very rare case that can happen to a child if they were born with weaknesses in brain vessels.

The centre is open 5 days a week except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. There will be 3 physiotherapy sessions per day which will be grouped according to the 3 stages, beginner (people who just got stroke), intermediate (patient who is on the recovering stage) and advance (patients who are mostly recovered but still needs rehab). Volunteers are majority housewives and retirees who had received proper training from NASAM. Although NASAM is charging for physiotherapy session, yet it is not enough to cover their expenses. The total expenses for the 7 centres last year was RM1.5 million, where the income was only enough to cover the 20% of the operating cost.

After the meeting with Miss Margaret and Miss Shen, we went around and observed the intermediate stroke physiotherapy session. In order not to create any discomfort feeling of the patients and their family, we were advised not to take any pictures of them.

When I was gazing around, looking for ‘inspiration’ for the blog, I have decided to approach this uncle who was alone doing physiotherapy that occasionally gets aid from his maid. His name is Mr. Wong, a very nice man in his seventees and was generous enough to share his story and feelings with me. 4 months ago, Mr. Wong got a stroke on the left side of his body when he was driving to Nilai. He first realised that the left side of his body is getting weaker but he couldn’t help it. He felt that this unusual symptom was not a good sign but he was calm enough to drive himself to the nearest hospital. After 2 months of hospitalisation, he decided to join NASAM. Mr. Wong would turn up for the physiotherapy session almost every day and acupuncture session twice a week with the company of his wife and his maid. He thinks that the charges applied for physiotherapy session offered in NASAM is relatively cheaper than other hospitals. Now, he is on the process of recovery and is able to walk around the compound of his house. I sincerely hope that Mr. Wong will recover soon.

I was in so much emotion after visiting NASAM. A simple action that seems so simple for us might take many practices for them to excel, but they have never gave up on life, like there was a man I came across this afternoon, he was trying his best to pronounce his name. To me, they are like the warriors, battling for a better tomorrow. I have learned a life lesson, the world is always beautiful only if we learn how to cherish it. After today’s visit, I find no reason to whine about life anymore but appreciate what lies ahead for me, instead.

As we know..there are 5 charity partners. So far, we have featured Rumah Aman and Hospis Malaysia on our blog. So what about NASAM, Shelter and Handicapped and Mentally Disabled Childern Association Johor Bahru?

Shelter , a home that was set up in 1981 which provides care to abused, abandoned, neglected and/or at risk children, giving them therapy and counseling, in hopes of guiding and protecting them by building strong communities and loving families. Shelter was visited by the Truly Loving Campaigners on the 9th of July 2008, but due to concerns of privacy of the children there, there will be no report or photos from the trip.

Handicapped and Mentally Disabled Childern Association Johor Bahru currently caters to 160 children, most of these children are mentally disabled. The association provides physiotherapy and has classes to guide them in reaching their capacity to learn. However, due to safety reasons that are associated with such long journeys from KL to JB, the trip to Handicapped and Mentally Disabled Childern Association Johor Bahru has been cancelled. It is very unfortunate as we were very much looking forward to visiting each and every home!

However, a report on the trip to NASAM is on the way and will be reported here soon! So stay tuned! :)

Meeting the Truly Loving Company Part 3

There was basically 2 parts to meeting the Truly Loving Company this time around.

The first part started at 10.30am in the morning, in which they arrived in Tunku Abdul Rahman College to attend a meeting with the 7 representatives Truly Loving Campaigners to discuss the progress since the last meeting on 20th of June 2008. There were 6 members present, namely, Ms Julia Chong, Mr Khaw Chay Tee, Ms Yap Lai Peng, Ms Lee Ming Siew, Ms Mabel Ooi and Ms Tan Sim Lan.

Despite it was not the first time I was going to meet up with them, I was honestly nervous about the whole deal, I suppose that is to say that I hold these people at such high regard. There is such a respect for what they do. It may be safe to say the same for the other members present too, because during the preparation of the meeting we were rushing about like monkeys...hehe, maybe they were nervous too.

Presentation of the progress of the event was done one by one by the representatives of the Charity Exhibition Team, the Company Exhibition Team, the Sales and Redemption, Sponsorship and finally Publicity and Promotions...being the representative that was to present last, I practically suffocating in suspense!

The meeting ended at 12.30pm.

The second part of the meet up was actually a public talk, in which Ms Julia Chong presented about the Truly Loving Company. She talked about the initial inspiration for starting up such a company. Her story of how she was so consumed by the corporate world and overlooked certain things in life, that really drew a few sniffs and tears from a very macho audience. Videos were displayed showing the charity partners of TLC with Ms Julia Chong as the narrator. I have personally seen the video before, but I was not imune to it's effects, the message was emotional and strong. Everyone was drawn by the video.

After a very heartfelt presentation from Ms Julia Chong, there was a standing ovation. This certain nameless emcee came out of nowhere and summed up the basic message. That it all involves choice, the choice we make in life. These days, we have chosen to take too many things for granted... our parents, family, love, material things... But when offered a choice such as all quality for charity, why not take it? By choosing to use a soap, a dish wash or a body wash and it helps others, why don't we choose that?

As people took a moment to ponder. It suddenly turned less serious! It turns out that this very day it was the anniversary of the Truly Loving Company, and everyone took this opportunity to stand and sing birthday wishes to TLC.

Once the scene settled, there was a short Question and Answer session between the attendees of the talk and Ms Julia Chong in which she answered with such charisma and grace.

We ended the entire talk with a short presentation by that emcee presenting pictures taken during trips to factories and charity homes.

Hospis Malaysia

9 am, on the 10th of July 2008, six truly loving campaigners embarked on a journey to Hospis Malaysia. Two trains and 2 cabs later, we arrived at 10.20am, we were earlier than expected but nevertheless, we made it there excited and enthusiastic. After a few routine procedures, we were greeted by Ms Indrani Ramachandran, the publication manager of Hospis Malaysia. From the Truly Loving Company, we were accompanied by Ms Yap Lai Peng and Ms Lee Ming Siew.

Hospis Malaysia is actually one of the charity partners of the Truly Loving Company, they provide palliative care to people who have life-limiting illnesses around Klang Valley at absolutely no cost at all. Hospis Malaysia’s doctors and nurses visit patients at their homes to give palliative care and they also have a day care centre where patients who are mobile can gather to engage in recreational and therapeutic activities. On a personal note, the place had a warm atmosphere about it, the place was neat and the people were friendly.

During this visit, we had a briefing session with Ms Indrani. She basically told us that Hospis Malaysia wishes to see Palliative care reach more people, to help ease as much pain as it could because most people who have such life limiting diseases do not know what other options they have other than to wait. Palliative care is basically medical care to help lessen the suffering of patients and specifically to ease the pain.

We also manage to speak to Ms Maureen Tan, the volunteer coordinator, who told us what it is like in Hospis Malaysia, and it would appear that though these patients are ill, they are nevertheless optimistic and extremely friendly. Activities included in Hospis Malaysia’s Day Care Centre are exercises, Xi Yang Gong and many many other activities.

In other words, Hospis Malaysia focuses on the concept of palliative care, which doctors can use to improve the quality of patients’ lives with medical, psychological, physiological and spiritual support. Isn't that not just a loving, but a very true cause?

Rumah Aman

The first impression we had of Rumah Aman was how clean it was! And the moment we walked in, we saw products from the Truly Loving Company. Basically, one member of the Publicity & Promotions and members from the Exhibition department joined forces and embarked on a journey to Shah Alam to pay Rumah Aman, one of the Truly Loving Campaign’s charity partners.

The home, Rumah Aman seeks to provide the best environment to raise orphaned children and children from poor families by focusing on giving them a good education, so that they become successful individuals and leaders.

When we took out free gifts, which were small Adidas bouncing balls, the children were ecstatic! The children in Rumah Aman are all very well mannered, disciplined and friendly, and were busy with arts and craft, using plastercine to make all shapes and sizes. It took all of us and 20 minutes to settle them down, and it was exhausting as there were 26 extremely happy children!

Other than spending time with the children, we also spend time with the founder of the home, Mr. Abdul Rehman Dakri, who established the home 4 and a half years ago with his wife. The basic concept is to give a home to the orphans, poor and needy.They hope to give them what the normal people have. They only accept 30 children only because they hope to give and fulfill them in the form of educations, clothes, food and cares by not handling too much of the children, which is why they do not except more than 30, this is so they can focus all they have on the 30 they have received.

A wise man once said, give a man a fish and he may feed for a day, give a poor man the knowledge to fish and he may feed for a lifetime…in this case, the children are getting what could last them a lifetime. It is a Truly Loving Cause.

We left with such heavy hearts and this trip has really brought much more new meaning to the campaign we are doing. It would appear, with each day, there are more new inspirations to fuel our passion, and motivations to drive us.

Meeting the Truly Loving Company Part 2

After the meeting held with the members of the Truly Loving Company on the 20th June, we had another meet up with Mr Jonathan Teoh and Ms Yap Lai Peng on the 4th of July 2008. There were 4 representatives from the Truly Loving Campaigners.

The meet up was basically to discuss how we are going to go through with the publicity we are doing online. People, when you see our logos appearing all over Friendster and Facebook…that’s us and our online publicity! Please feel free to take those picture and set them up as your primary photo…help us spread the love! :D

There is something truly homely about being in the Truly Loving Company, this is our second time there, however, it is just so comfortable, and the people there are so warm…I suppose you have to have the love in order to spread it…and when we were there, we definitely felt the warmth of it all.

A trip to PAOS

On the 3rd of July, 3 representatives from Publicity and Promotions joined and met up with 10 members of the Exhibition team for a FAM trip to the factory that produces bar soaps for The Truly Loving Company. FAM trip is actually Familiarization trip, just so you know. The factory that was being visited was called PAOS…if you spell this backwards, it's SOAP! Talk about smart names!

With a little technical difficulty, we embarked on our journey a little later than expected!

We arrived at PAOS (located in Shah Alam) at 11am and were greeted by the Producing & Commercial Manager, Mr Dehlon Chua and Alvin Ooi, the Marketing Executive, both of the Commercial Department of PAOS. We were also joined by Ms Yap Lai Peng and Ms Mabel Ooi from The Truly Loving Company.

The trip was divided into 3 parts.

First, a presentation by the PAOS officials, it was learned that PAOS started on 1987 as a family business trading palm oil & palm based product. Then they began to manufacture soaps for hotels only. 10 years ago, it began its commercial line and started to manufacture soaps for the mass market and was publicly listed with 2 subsidiaries 10 years ago. Now, they are one of the largest contract manufacturers for bar soaps. Customers range from Australia, the Middle East and several Asian countries. Other than that, they are also contract manufacturers of animal feeds additives and produce specialty fats (environment friendly) for food industry & palm wax for candle making. The factory has been awarded the MSOSH Certificate, ISO 9001 Certificate, the Malaysian GMP (for good manufacturing practice) and the Japan GMP.

Then, the 2nd part of our trip, we were given a tour around the factory. We were able to see some parts of the process for manufacturing soaps. The size of the factory is 6 acres, 6,750 square meters.

Last but not least, was a Q& A session, in which the Truly Loving Campaigners were allowed to ask questions. An interesting trivia was discovered during this session, which was the fact that soaps are actually edible though it is highly not advisable. To which a Truly Loving Campaigner grumbled at the fact that Oatmeal Soap Bars were not included his goodie bag. He may have forgotten breakfast, perhaps? Then it was also explained that the bar soaps manufactured for The Truly Loving Company has a moisturizing agent. It is considered a premium grade which is also longer lasting than some bigger soap brands though it is just as foamy and cleansing to use.

7th Malaysian International Gift and Premium Exhibition 2008

Welcome to the 7th Malaysian International Gift and Premium Exhibition!

28th June 2008, 16 Truly Loving Campaigners (including our advisor) gathered at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center(KLCC lor!) at approximately 2.30pm.

What were we there for? Simple, we were there to meet suppliers of premiums and gifts from all around Malaysia… for many of us(all of us I think),this was the first time we were attending such an event. We were trying to get more ideas for things we would like to giveaway in our goodies bags…which means, it for all those who attend our event! *nudge nudge wink wink*

The 15 of us split up into several groups, and went wild in the convention center, visiting one booth after another. It is quite interesting to see the different booth, its product and its booth layout! Of course, getting their samples are half the fun! There were several very helpful people there as well…explaining to us the prices and products.

Believe me when I say, we saw really great things there! From pens to toys to umbrellas to organizers to bottles to mugs to coasters to mousepads and many many more! In all colors, shapes and sizes! Talk about overload!

At 5pm, we all met up for debriefing. It would seem that the trip was quite a success, since every one of us came back with our hands full, holding on to bags of brochures, catalogs, premium and gift samples.
I do not for a second regret going to the event, I do however dread the paper work involved! XP

A Truly Loving Campaigner's Point of View

On the 24th of June 2008, I came to realize that when we Truly Loving Campaigners put our minds to do accomplishing something, we do it passionately!

I woke up early that morning in order to attend a meeting. It was early, too early for any NORMAL human being to function! For me at least!

To briefly give you an idea, we have about over 80 students in this course of advanced level Public Relations, and we have been split up into 5 departments, each with their own tasks and duties to fullfill. Rarely do different departments have meetings together, since the jobscopes and duties are so different.

So, as I was saying, I was awake early that morning, in order to attend a meeting with my own department. Imagine my suprise when I walked into college and found the STAGE department in the canteen, already in heated discussion, heated in this sense means PASSIONATE and EXCITED!! At 8 in the morning!!

As I walked into the venue of where my meeting was to be held, I found 2 other departments were having their meetings! Namely, it was the Exhibition Team and the Set-up-Maintainance-Security department! Much later, I was told that on the same day, the Sponsorship department was also having a meeting.

In fact, I believe that most of us Truly Loving Campaigners are having meetings on a daily basis! We probably see each other now, more often than our own mothers (this is personally true for me).

Not to forget the fact that we are all still required to attend tutorials and lectures! We have assignments and homework too! Juggling all these things is not an easy task, I dare say, on behalf of my peers, that it is incredibly exhausting!! Most of us start our days with meetings at 8am, have classes for a few hours and most likely end our day with another meeting...which probably ends about 8pm

Yes, in fact I believe I have heard of some of the Truly Loving Campaigners suggest to camp out in college for convenience. Meetings will only be a few steps away.

Super human strength is the work of fiction...What fuels these young souls' super human abilities to sit through classes after meetings and meetings after classes? What powers this determination? Maybe it is because we know we will be doing beneficial for someone other than ourselves..maybe, just maybe ... Because we share the love...

Meeting the Truly Loving Company!

On the 20th of June 2008, 8 members of the The Truly Loving Campaign organizing committee, myself and our advisor Ms Lim included, met up with The Truly Loving Company to discuss about what will come during the campaign

We all met up at Tunku Abdul Rahman college and moved out at approximately 8.30am, and it was a surprisingly smooth ride, considering that there was no jam! The meeting starts at 9.30am!

Arriving earlier than we had expected to, we went on to grab a bite. After that, it was time for the meeting! We went up to the Truly Loving Company and we were all awe-struck, I believe I heard someone say “Wah…the office so nice!” Indeed it was, it was stylish and at the same time cozy.

The meeting started with brief introductions. Not to bore you with details, but what happened next was that we got down to business, explaining the concepts, theme and what was to happen during the event. I hope it would be safe to say that everyone was happy!

Other than just serious discussions in the conference room of the Truly Loving Company, we also had the opportunity to watch the corporate video produced by the company. Ms Julia Chong, the founder of this company, narrated what we were watching as she stood near the screen of display. When a video introducing the company’s charity partners and what they stood for was on, I could honestly feel a change of atmosphere…the room was thick with emotions because what we saw reminded us of what we have been taking for granted like our families and material possessions … I knew then, because I could feel that all of us that represented the organizing committee now no longer saw this as another assignment, this time, we were doing something meaningful.

A side and very interesting note, Ms Julia Chong, the founder and CEO of the Truly Loving Company briefly explained their logo and its concept. The house represented giving shelter to those who needs it, the heart within talks about the love and care, while a tiny green star above is to show that anyone can achieve and be a star. Obviously, a lot of thought was put into this and I believe it has managed to capture the essence of what the company stands for.

Impressively, with only 8 staff at hand, they have managed to produce 43 products in one year. It really puts things into perspective, now imagine what 83 students will be capable of? A true testimony to "nothing is impossible!"

Having the prestigious opportunity to have been there, I must say I was deeply inspired by the serious passion and dedication that each and every member of the Truly Loving Company possessed. And I am very glad to report that the meeting went on very well. Hopefully, more good things will come in the future! It is a truly worthy and meaningful cause!

I am now feeling love...hopefully, soon you will all feel it too!

The Truly Loving Campaign…a truly loving cause!

After several days of pulling our hair out while thinking for ideas and several more sleepless nights, it is finally confirmed that the event we have planned so hard for will now be known as……*drum roll*…….. The Truly Loving Campaign! (TLC for short)

A brief explanation…

The Truly Loving Campaign is all about “spreading the love”. It is not so much of a charity fundraiser… don’t get it wrong!

In short, the event will be held as an exhibition in Tunku Abdul Rahman College, information of the charities involved will be shown. There will of course be plenty of games and activities as well! During the exhibition, sales of products (Ranging from bath & body, kitchen, bathroom and floor cleaning products) will be done.

We are not asking for cash donations! What we are doing is… creating the opportunity for everyone to give back! Imagine, something as simple as taking a bath, cleaning your house or washing your hands could be an aid to those less fortunate, all you have to do is properly choose the brand of soaps you are using, simple as that, wouldn’t you do it? There is nothing to loose, but there is so much for someone else less fortunate to gain!

The profits from the sales done, will go to 5 charity organizations, which includes Hospis Malaysia, Rumah Aman, Shelter, Handicapped and Mentally Disabled Children Association Johor Bahru and NASAM

These 5 charity organizations are actually partners of the Truly Loving Company, a company that has dedicated much blood, sweat and time to produce and sell high quality and useful products (as mentioned above) in order to benefit those that are less fortunate.

The organizers of this event are Year 1 Advanced Diploma students majoring in Public Relations (a.k.a APR1) in Tunku Abdul Rahman college! Yes, that’s right! And I am very proud to be in a family that consists of the most brilliant, creative and not to mention attractive people the world has to offer! HAHA! We are led by the very strong-willed and pretty Ms Lim Siz Siz…may we grow and blossom under her guidance! And may God save our souls! :P

Ok! Time to get back to work!
